7 days to exchange or return, with free pickup.
For hygiene reasons, some items can't be returned once the seal is opened.
7 Days To Exchange Or Return
If something doesn't fit, request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging.
How To Request

Open Your Order
From My account → Orders, or track your order with your number and phone.

Tell Us Why
Pick the item, the reason, and a new size or a refund.

We Arrange Pickup
We confirm by SMS and send a courier to collect it.

Get Your New Size
We ship the new size as soon as we receive the item.
Refunds
Refunds go back to bKash or Nagad, or to your card, within 5–7 working days after we receive the item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to bKash or Nagad.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, panties and items without tags can't be returned unless faulty. Faulty or wrong items are always replaced free.
