All you need is a soft measuring tape and a mirror. Measure over a non-padded bra (or none), stand straight and breathe out normally. Write down each number in inches — we will turn them into your size.
What You Need
1 Underbust (band)
Wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, right under your bust. Keep it level all the way round and firm, not tight.
Example: 31 In2 Bust (cup)
Measure around the fullest part of your bust with the tape level. Keep it loose enough that it doesn't squash you.
Example: 35 In3 Waist
Around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button. Used for shapewear and nightwear.
Example: 29 In4 Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom. Used for panties.
Example: 38 InBand Size
Round your underbust to the nearest whole inch. If it is an odd number, go up one to the next even number. 31 in → band 32.
Cup Size
Subtract your band size from your bust. Each inch of difference is one cup: 35 − 32 = 3 in → C cup.
